Coffee with a Planner to explore new zoning code Thursday
Session at AMSTRDM Coffee House is the last of the year
– The City of Atascadero Community Development Department will host its monthly “Coffee with a Planner” session on Thursday, Oct. 15, at 9 a.m. at AMSTRDM Coffee House.
This month’s topic, “From Chickens to Childcare: Exploring the New Zoning Code,” will focus on changes to land use allowances following the adoption of the city’s Zoning Code update, according to the city. Staff will also address other topics as time allows.
The informal sessions, held on the third Thursday of each month, allow city staff to hear from residents about land use, zoning, city policy, and development projects, according to the city. This will be the final Coffee with a Planner event until January 2027.
The city encourages attendees to support the coffee shop by purchasing a coffee or tea. Residents with questions can call (805) 461-5035.
