Nonprofit to host gala benefiting local children
Trips to Belize, Dubrovnik up for auction
– Central Coast Funds for Children will host its All for the Kidz Annual Fundraiser gala on Sept. 19 at the Embassy Suites, 333 Madonna Road, San Luis Obispo, starting at 5 p.m.
The event will include a live auction benefiting 42 nonprofit organizations that serve children in need on the Central Coast. Auction items include a six-day beachfront escape for two guests in Hopkins, Belize; a seven-day coastal escape for two guests in Dubrovnik; a four-day stay for four guests at the Blue Ridge Mountain Wine Estate; a seven-day stay at a private villa for six guests in St. Martin; and a winner’s choice package offering a seven-day getaway to Tuscany, Porto, Lisbon, or Bali for two or four guests.

Central Coast Funds for Children is a 31-year-old, all-volunteer nonprofit organization dedicated to raising funds for children in need in San Luis Obispo County. The organization has donated over $2.2 million to improve the lives of local children to date. As a publicly supported, tax-exempt charitable organization, the organization ensures all donations remain in the county to support local youth. Funds are distributed to various organizations and agencies through a grant process.
