Weekly arrest logs from the Atascadero Police Department

Saldivar, Paul William, 32, of Atascadero, was arrested on Aug. 10 at 11:58 p.m. at 6553 Atascadero Ave. for suspected public intoxication (647(f) PC).
Heinemann, Melasand Marie, 44, of Atascadero, was arrested on Aug. 12 at 10 a.m. at 5505 El Camino Real for a suspected out-of-jurisdiction felony warrant (warrant).
Taylor, Jerry Patrick, 64, of Atascadero, was arrested on Aug. 12 at 1:47 p.m. at 4350 Valdez Ave. for suspected battery causing serious bodily injury (243(d) PC) and elder or dependent adult abuse under circumstances likely to cause great bodily harm or death (368(b)(1) PC).
Gonzalez, Donaciano, 30, of Atascadero, was arrested on Aug. 15 at 4:31 p.m. at El Camino Real and the Morro Road northbound off-ramp for suspected driving with a license suspended or revoked for a driving under the influence conviction (14601.2(a) VC), driving under the influence causing injury (23153(a) VC), driving with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.08% or higher causing injury (23153(b) VC), and child abuse under circumstances likely to cause great bodily harm or death (273a(a) PC).
Taylor, Jerry Patrick, 64, of Atascadero, was arrested on Aug. 15 at 7:31 p.m. at 4350 Valdez Ave. for suspected contempt of court by violating a protective or stay-away order (166(c)(1) PC) and intentional and knowing violation of a protective order (273.6(a) PC).
Duran, Antonio Celestino, 37, of Atascadero, was arrested on Aug. 16 at 3:38 p.m. at 6917 El Camino Real for suspected public intoxication (647(f) PC).
