Willey, Kevin Joseph, 66, was arrested on Aug. 3 at 8:48 a.m. at 8750 El Camino Real for suspected taking or driving a vehicle without the owner’s consent (10851(A) VC).
Hillhouse, Kayla Danielle, 37, was arrested on Aug. 3 at 8:48 a.m. at 8750 El Camino Real for suspected taking or driving a vehicle without the owner’s consent (10851(A) VC).
Nicholson, Tara Renee, 31, was arrested on Aug. 4 at 2:28 a.m. at Morro Road and Santa Ysabel Avenue for suspected driving with a license suspended or revoked for driving under the influence (14601.2(A) VC), hit-and-run resulting in property damage (20002(A) VC), driving under the influence of alcohol (23152(A) VC) and driving with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.08% or higher (23152(B) VC).
