Residents can discuss zoning update at Coffee with a Planner event
– The City of Atascadero will host its monthly Coffee with a Planner event on Thursday, July 16, at 9 a.m. at Malibu Brew Coffee.
The monthly sessions, hosted by the City of Atascadero Community Development Department on the third Thursday of each month, give residents an opportunity to speak with planning staff about land use, zoning, city policy, and development projects. Each session features a specific topic, although staff will address other topics as time allows.
The July session will focus on the city’s upcoming General Plan and Zoning Code update. Staff will discuss the proposed changes and how they may affect the community while gathering public input.
The city said the sessions are intended to provide an informal setting for ongoing community input and dialogue about planning issues.
