Margarita Adventures opens two new escape room chapters
Two new escape rooms build on trilogy launched in 2024
– Margarita Adventures has opened two new escape room experiences, completing the science fiction-themed Renegade trilogy that began in 2024.
The new experiences, which opened June 1, continue the story of the Renegade, a spaceship featured in a series of escape rooms that challenge guests to solve puzzles and complete missions within a set time limit.
An escape room places participants in a themed environment where they work together to solve interactive puzzles before time expires.
The first installment of the trilogy, “Renegade Episode One: The Retrofit,” opened in 2024. The two new experiences continue the storyline with new missions and challenges.
In “Renegade Episode Two: Rogue in the Rift,” guests return to the spaceship after Mission Control loses contact with it for seven minutes. Upon reconnecting, the captain and crew are missing, the ship is operating in a low-power emergency mode, and the cause of the disruption is unknown. Participants have one hour to restore power and contact the captain.
“Renegade Episode Three: The Reckoning” concludes the trilogy. In the storyline, participants learn the ship has been hijacked and is headed toward Earth. Teams must work together to prevent the ship from completing its mission.
All of the escape room experiences at Margarita Adventures were created by lead designer Frank Rodgers and an in-house team of artists and engineers.

Escape! at Margarita Adventures launched in 2022 with its first escape room, “Rita’s Relics.”
