• Ballou, William Bruce, 61, of Atascadero, was arrested on May 29 at 11:57 a.m. at 6930 Morro Road for suspected resisting, delaying, or obstructing a peace officer (148(a)(1) PC), unlawfully fighting or challenging another person to fight in a public place (415(1) PC), and interfering with a lawful business establishment (602.1(a) PC).
• Barrios, Jose, 47, of Atascadero, was arrested on May 30 at 9:39 a.m. in the 9100 block of Santa Barbara Road for suspected driving with a license suspended or revoked for driving under the influence (14601.2(a) VC) and an arrest warrant.
