Creston ranch formerly owned by Alex Trebek listed for $7 million
– A ranch property in Creston, formerly owned by television host Alex Trebek has been listed for sale at $7 million.
Trebek used the property as Creston Manor, an early winery in the Paso Robles area. Wine produced on the land was served at the first presidential inauguration of George H.W. Bush. The property retains original records and artifacts documenting early wine production in the region.
Portions of the property previously formed part of the original Highway 58 corridor. Those areas include a blacksmith shop and a bridge constructed when the highway was unpaved.
The property includes working ranch land with vineyard and equestrian potential, lakes filled by recent rainfall, historic event structures, more than 100 acres of highway frontage, and multiple potential building sites.
The property, located at 535 Calf Canyon Highway, is listed by Lindsey Harn of Christie’s International Real Estate Sereno.
