Art Center Morro Bay opens two concurrent gallery exhibits

A Shift in Perspective, Aquarius, run Feb. 19 through March 30 in two galleries

Art Center Morro Bay is presenting two concurrent exhibits, “A Shift in Perspective” and “Aquarius,” running from Feb. 19 through March 30 in the Main Gallery and the Russell Gallery.

In the Main Gallery, members of the MBAA are exhibiting “A Shift in Perspective,” which features artwork across multiple mediums. The exhibit includes painting, sculpture, photography, and digital art created by participating members.

In the Russell Gallery, the Central Coast Watercolor Society is presenting “Aquarius,” its annual juried exhibit featuring watercolor works selected through a juried process.

Ross Neder is the featured three-dimensional artist, with blown glass work on display as part of the concurrent exhibitions.

An artist’s reception is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 22, from 2 to 4 p.m.
