Miller, Michael David, 67, of Atascadero, was arrested on June 2 at 6:24 pm at 8005 El Camino Real for suspected violation of possession of obscene matter depicting a minor in sexual conduct (311.11(A) PC).
Goins, Jason Phillip, 44, of Atascadero, was arrested on June 3 at 11:17 am at 6555 Capistrano Ave for suspected violation of possession of a controlled substance (11350(A) HS) and possession of drug paraphernalia (11364(A) HS).
Swartz, Samuel David, 33, of Atascadero, was arrested on June 3 at 11:20 am at 6555 Capistrano Ave for suspected violation of possession of controlled substance with two or more priors (11395(B)(1) HS) and possession of drug paraphernalia (11364(A) HS).
Stinson, Shane Wyatt, 29, of Atascadero, was arrested on June 3 at 1:31 pm at 7029 El Camino Real for suspected violation of possession of unlawful paraphernalia (11364(A) HS), parole violation (3056 PC), and public intoxication (647(F) PC).
Cervantes, Carlos Paul, 46, of Atascadero, was arrested on June 4 at 11:35 am at Morro Rd & 101 NB for suspected violation of vandalism (594(A)(3) PC) and on a warrant.

Nelson, Cherie Antionette, 66, of Atascadero, was arrested on June 5 at 12:00 am at 6000 San Anselmo Rd for suspected violation of driving under the influence of alcohol (23152(A) VC) and driving under the influence with BAC .08% or higher (23152(B) VC).
Nabtechin, Elmer Rolando, 31, of Atascadero, was arrested on June 5 at 9:09 pm at 9590 El Camino Real for suspected violation of driving under the influence of alcohol (23152(A) VC), driving under the influence with BAC .08% or higher (23152(B) VC), and driving with a suspended license (14601.2(A) VC).
Swartz, Johanna Marie, 34, of Atascadero, was arrested on June 8 at 6:01 am at 4381 El Camino Real for suspected violation of obstructing/resisting an executive officer (69(A) PC) and trespassing (602(O)(1) PC).
