Atascadero sailor discusses leadership at U.S. Navy seminar in Japan

– Lt. Samuel Little, assigned to the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS George Washington, recently discussed accountability during a one-day leadership seminar at the Fleet Theater onboard Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka.

The seminar, held on Feb. 12, was provided by the U.S. Fleet Forces Chief Petty Officer Training Team.

The course focused on leadership responsibilities, key Navy programs, team building, leader development, and warfighting.
