Sunny skies and mild temperatures expected in Atascadero this week

Mostly sunny skies return Friday, with a high of 72 and a low of 43, before transitioning to partly cloudy weather Saturday, when the high will drop to 69.
A more noticeable cooldown arrives Sunday, with mostly cloudy skies and a high of 59. Monday will remain partly cloudy, with temperatures holding steady at 60 degrees during the day and dipping to 40 overnight.
