Templeton Tennis Ranch opens new pool with free community event
Following Saturday’s event, access to the pool and spa will be limited to members and their guests
– Templeton Tennis Ranch will hold a Community Open House and Pool Party to celebrate the opening of its new 25-yard lap pool on Saturday, Oct. 19, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.
The pool, which took nearly a year to construct, marks an expansion for the club, which originally opened in 2015. The Hawaiian-themed event will feature food and beverages for purchase, club tours, and waived membership enrollment fees for new members who sign up during the event.
The eight-lane, 25-yard competition lap pool is the latest addition to Templeton Tennis Ranch’s five-acre facility, which also includes tennis and pickleball courts. The pool’s perimeter overflow design creates a seamless visual effect, integrating the water into the deck and reflecting the surrounding palm trees, landscaped patios, and planters. Adjacent to the pool is a 9-by-12-foot hot tub spa.
Templeton Tennis Ranch President and General Manager Chris Fouquet explained that the pool will serve three primary functions: fitness, competition, and recreation. The facility will offer lap swimming, aqua fitness classes, stand-up paddleboard yoga, and private and group swim lessons. The pool will also host Templeton High School’s swim team and the North County branch of the Puma Aquatic Club. During summer months, the pool will function as a resort-style space, providing daily open swim sessions, chaise lounges, cabanas, and poolside food and beverage service.

Templeton Tennis Ranch is located in Central Coast wine country at 345 Championship Lane, Templeton, CA 93465.
