It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of the passing of Frank Cardinale, one of the first officers hired by the city. Frank dedicated many years of service to the Atascadero Police Department, leaving an indelible mark on our community.
Frank’s commitment to duty, integrity, and professionalism served as an inspiration to us all. His contributions to the department will always be remembered and cherished.
We extend our deepest condolences to Frank’s family and loved ones during this difficult time. He will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
