• • Brill, John Jesse, 30, of Atascadero, was arrested on January 14 at 2:25 pm at the intersection of CURBARIL AVE & MORRO RD for 853.8 (fail to appear after written promise).
  • Jones III, Donald Allen, 31, was arrested on January 14 at 6:38 pm at 6930 MORRO RD for PC 21310 (carry concealed dirk or dagger).
  • Gutierrez, Thunderhawk Nakoma, 34, was arrested on January 15 at 8:46 pm at 6900 VALLE AVE for 853.8 (fail to appear after written promise), and PC 459.5(A) (shoplifting).
  • Stepnoski, Michael Bryan, 61, was arrested on January 17 at 12:40 am at 9180 SEVILLE LN for PC 243(E)(1) (battery: spouse/ex-spouse/date/etc).
  • Boyd, Daniel Roy, 42, was arrested on January 17 at 1:17 pm at 9905 EL CAMINO REAL for PC 311.1(A) (send/sell/etc obscene matter depicting minor).
  • Lau, Kekino Anthony Michael, 25, was arrested on January 18 at 2:05 pm at 6650 LEWIS AVE on a warrant from another jurisdiction.
  • Niznik, Clayton Chester, 41, was arrested on January 19 at 3:12 pm at 8565 EL CAMINO REAL for VC 23152(A) (DUI alcohol).
