• • Jorge Manuel Mendozaluengas, 27, of Atascadero, was arrested on December 17 at 1:22 pm at 7135 El Camino Real for suspected violation of PC 647(F) Disorderly Conduct: Alcohol.
  • Dale Clayton Burr, 35, of Atascadero, was arrested on December 18 at 6:00 pm at the intersection of Sycamore Rd & Buena Ave for suspected violation of PC 21310 Carry Concealed Dirk or Dagger.
  • Brian Michael Sumner, 40, of Atascadero, was arrested on December 20 at 10:07 am at 6455 El Camino Real for suspected violation of PC 243(E)(1) Battery: Spouse/Ex-Spouse/Date/etc.
  • Nicholas Paul Rich, 33, of Atascadero, was arrested on December 21 at 1:45 pm at 1920 Camino Real for suspected violation of HS 11360(A) Sell/Give/Transport/etc Marijuana.
