Atascadero Police arrest reports from Aug. 20 to 26 

– The Atascadero Police Department released an arrest summary for the week of  August 20 to August 26, including the following individuals:

• Smith, Cavan Bradford, 47, of Atascadero, CA, was arrested on August 20 at 2:05 am at Santa Barbara Rd & El Camino Real for a suspected violation of VC 23152(A) DUI alcohol.
• Nickell, Richard Dale, 52, of Atascadero, CA, was arrested on August 20 at 6:02 am at 10860 Los Pueblos for a suspected violation of PC 422(A) threaten crime with intent to terrorize.
• Rubio, Enrique, 39, of Atascadero, CA, was arrested on August 20 at 8:56 am at Morro Rd & El Camino Real for an arrest warrant from another jurisdiction.
• Sumner, Brian Michael, 40, of Atascadero, CA, was arrested on August 21 at 10:09 am at 6100 Capistrano Ave for a suspected probation violation (PC 1203.2(A).
• Rodriguez, Andres, 44, of Atascadero, CA, was arrested on August 22 at 1:42 am at 6907 El Camino Real for a suspected violation of HS 11377(A) possession of a controlled substance.
• Madrid, Daniel David, 55, of Atascadero, CA, was arrested on August 22 at 2:08 am at 6907 El Camino Real for a suspected violation of HS 11377(A) possession of a controlled substance.
• Imig, Jonathan Michael, 27, of Atascadero, CA, was arrested on August 22 at 6:00 pm at 5300 Block Traffic Way for a suspected probation violation (PC 1203.2(A).

The arrest records presented are provided by the Atascadero Police Department. Suspects are innocent until proven guilty by a court of law.
