Atascadero Police arrest reports from Aug. 6 – 12
– The Atascadero Police Department released an arrest summary for the week of August 6 to August 12, including the following individuals:
- Hurley, Hillery Annscheufele, 36, of 6200 Morro Rd, Atascadero, was arrested on August 7 at 9:12 am at 101 SB & Morro Rd for battery on a person (242 PC), being under the influence of a controlled substance (11550(A) HS).
- Baldson, Elizaveta, 26, of 9344 Bocina Ln, Atascadero, was arrested on August 7 at 6:29 pm at 9344 Bocina Ln for disorderly conduct under the influence of drugs (647(F) PC).
- Graham, Steven Lee, 42, of 7380 El Camino Real, Atascadero, was arrested on August 9 at 3:17 pm at 7380 El Camino Real for disorderly conduct with alcohol (647(F) PC), providing false identification to a peace officer (148.9(A) PC).
- Swan, Mark Andrew, 63, of Santa Lucia Rd & Violeta Ave, Atascadero, was arrested on August 9 at 10:58 pm at Santa Lucia Rd & Violeta Ave for driving under the influence of alcohol (23152(A) VC) and driving under the influence with a BAC of 0.08% or higher (23152(B) VC).
- Galvandiaz, Carlos Alberto, 38, of 7955 San Gabriel Rd, Atascadero, was arrested on August 10 at 12:19 am at 7955 San Gabriel Rd for inflicting corporal injury on spouse/cohabitant/dating relationship (273.5(A) PC).
- Willis, Jonathan Daniel, 49, of 3650 Traffic Way, Atascadero, was arrested on August 10 at 5:09 pm at 3650 Traffic Way for disorderly conduct with alcohol (647(F) PC).
- Cisnerosmoreno, Esmeralda, 45, of 5145 El Camino Real, Atascadero, was arrested on August 10 at 9:02 pm at 5145 El Camino Real for shoplifting (459.5(A) PC), trespassing and refusing to leave property (602(O) PC).
- Gutierrez, Jose Gabriel, 45, of 8000 Morro Rd, Atascadero, was arrested on August 12 at 3:30 pm at 8000 Morro Rd for driving under the influence of alcohol (23152(A) VC) and driving under the influence with a BAC of 0.08% or higher (23152(B) VC).
