Atascadero Police arrest reports from July 23 to July 29
– The Atascadero Police Department released an arrest summary for the week of July 23 to July 29, including the following individuals:
- Netz, Gabriel Valanty, 30, of 5955 East Mall, Atascadero, was arrested on July 23 at 10:23 am for possession of unlawful paraphernalia (11364(A) HS).
- Piechocky, Steven James Palacio, 25, of 590 N Ferrocarril Rd, Atascadero, was arrested on July 23 at 1:25 pm for taking a vehicle without the owner’s consent/vehicle theft (10851(A) VC) , possession of unlawful paraphernalia (11364(A) HS), being under the influence of a controlled substance (11550(A) HS), providing false identification to a peace officer (148.9(A) PC), and receiving stolen property (496(A) PC).
- Davis, Gerald Leroy, 62, of 9285 Curbaril Ave, Atascadero, was arrested on July 23 at 8:01 pm for inflicting corporal injury on a spouse/cohabitant/dating relationship (273.5(A) PC).
- Rosa, Hope Desiree, 30, of 6950 El Camino Real, Atascadero, was arrested on July 24 at 12:09 pm for probation violation: rearrest/revoke (1203.2(A) PC).
- Lee, Bradley Darnell, 61, of 9100 El Camino Real, Atascadero, was arrested on July 24 at 11:59 pm for possession of a controlled substance (11377(A) HS).
- Brennan, Nathaniel Austin, 26, of 8210 El Camino Real, Atascadero, was arrested on July 27 at 4:19 am for battery with serious bodily injury (243(D) PC).
- Bojorquezserna, Martha Elena, 58, of 8140 Santa Ynez Ave, Atascadero, was arrested on July 29 at 6:51 am for inflicting corporal injury on a spouse/cohabitant/dating relationship (273.5(A) PC).
