Discounted tickets for Atascadero Wine Fest now available
Festival takes place on Saturday, June 24
– Early bird tickets for the Atascadero Wine Fest, formerly known as the Atascadero Lakeside Wine Festival, are now available for purchase. The festival is scheduled to take place on Saturday, June 24, from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Atascadero Lake Park and Charles Paddock Zoo. Tickets are priced at $80 per person until March 31, after which the price will increase to $90, and tickets at the door will cost $100. Non-drinker tickets are available for $30.
According to Gail Kudlac, Festival Committee Chair, the festival will feature various wineries, breweries, spirits, cider, food purveyors, art exhibitors, and live music. This year, all ticket holders will receive a $10 “Festival Bucks” voucher that can be used for food, art, crafts, or as a donation to a zoo animal. Tickets can be purchased at the Atascadero Chamber office at 6907 El Camino Real, Suite A, or online at www.atascaderowinefest.com.
Kudlac added that wineries, breweries, cideries, and distilleries interested in participating in the event can sign up to pour by visiting atascaderolakesidewinefestival.com or contacting [email protected] with any questions.
Volunteers are also an integral part of the festival, and those who sign up will receive a festival t-shirt, snacks, and a complimentary ticket to use or give to a friend. Additionally, volunteers who work the closing shift (7:45 – 10 p.m.) will receive a Central Coast Wine Passport valued at $75 for use throughout the rest of the year. For those interested in volunteering, contact Dawn Smith at [email protected] or call (303) 968-7049.
