Atascadero arrest records for Sept. 12 to 18

On Sept. 13, Lisa Marshall Strader, 38, of Templeton, was arrested in Atascadero for driving under the influence with a blood alcohol percent of .08 percent or higher.
On Sept. 13, John Scott Rippy, 55, of Santa Maria, was arrested at 5900 Entrada Ave. for driving under the influence with a blood alcohol percent of .08 or higher.
On Sept. 14, Lena Jean Riegelhuth, 25, transient, was arrested in Atascadero for taking a vehicle without owner’s consent/vehicle theft.
On Sept. 14, Rhonda Leann Hamlin, 47, of Atascadero, was arrested after failure to appear after PTA and not posting bail.
On Sept. 14, Leon Curtis Roberts, 35, transient, was arrested in 7109 El Camino Real for failure to appear after PTA and not posting bail.
On Sept. 15, Elmer Abisai Guerrero, 35, of Paso Robles, was arrested in Atascadero after driving while license suspended for driving under the influence.
On Sept. 15, Travis Bernard Burrus, 39, of San Luis Obispo, was arrested in Atascadero for taking a vehicle without owner’s consent/vehicle theft.
On Sept. 16, Lucas Robert Benner, 31, of Atascadero, was arrested at 9550 El Camino Real for probation violation: re-arrest/revoke and giving false identification to police officer.
On Sept. 17, Thomas Brian Demma, 36, transient, was arrested at 7480 Santa Ysabel Ave. for violation of court order: domestic violence and vandalism: destroying other’s property.

The arrest records presented are provided by the Atascadero Police Department. Suspects are innocent until proven guilty by a court of law
