SLO County Farm Bureau to host county supervisor, state assembly candidate forums
May 3 event will be in-person, May 12-13 online
Ahead of the June 7 primary election, the San Luis Obispo County Farm Bureau is offering members of the public an opportunity to hear from candidates for County Board of Supervisor and District 30 State Assembly.
“With ballots being mailed out May 9, now is the time to get to know candidates running to represent us,” said Farm Bureau executive director Brent Burchett. “It’s especially important to understand what district you live in after last year’s redistricting process.”
Farm Bureau is holding four candidate forums, two of which will be in-person at the Farm Bureau office in San Luis Obispo. All forums are free and open to the public and media.
