Local transportation provider supports community pet charity
Dog-friendly vehicles are also available
– SLO Safe Ride, a local transportation provider, has donated 10% of its proceeds from wine tours from the Wine 4 Paws event to the Woods Humane Society.
This is their fourth year participating in this event, fundraising to help animals in need at the local pet shelter.
Noah Raynor, the owner of SLO Safe Ride, said: “Here at SLO Safe Ride, we’ve always had a big heart for our fluffy, four-legged friends. That’s why we offer dog-friendly wine tours and why we continue to participate in Wine 4 Paws. Additionally, our team always looks for opportunities to help support pets and, more broadly, great organizations like the Woods Humane Society. If there are ways SLO Safe Ride can help give back or support our local community, we want to do that!”
SLO Safe Ride continues to offer a wide variety of vehicles to assist with small or large group transportation for wine tours that connect locals and visitors to some incredible family-owned wineries in the area.
Riders can rent a variety of vehicles from a four-passenger Chrysler Sedan to a Limo Bus to a 56-passenger Provost Motor Coach or any sized vehicle in between. There are a limited number of dog-friendly vehicles, so the team at SLO Safe Ride recommends riders with four-legged friends book their wine tour early.
