Atascadero arrest records for Feb. 7 to 13

On February 7, John Robert Byford, 59, of Paso Robles, was arrested at the intersection of San Marcos Road and Rojo Court for driving while license suspended/revoked, hit and run resulting in death or injury and failure to appear after PTA and not posting bail.
On February 8, Edward Allen Babb, 45, of Paso Robles, was arrested in Atascadero for possession of a controlled substance, burglary: second degree/auto misdemeanor, appropriation of lost property, petty theft and attempted stolen vehicle.
On February 8, Manuel Roy Catron, 28, of California, was arrested at the intersection of Via Ave. and Ensenada Ave. for a misdemeanor and infraction cases arrest warrant.
On February 10, Alecia Jeanne Brown, 33, transient, was arrested at 6300 Morro Road for possession of unlawful paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and failure to appear after PTA and not posting bail.
On February 11, Angel Luis Padilla, 44, of Nipomo, was arrested at the intersection of El Camino Real and Junipero Ave. for violation of post-release community supervision.
On February 11, Matthew Clarke Head, 32, of Atascadero, was arrested at the intersection of El Camino Real and San Rafael Road for driving while license suspended/revoked for driving under the influence.
On February 13, Ethan Andrew Alexander, 21, of Atascadero, was arrested at the intersection of Traffic Way and San Benito for driving under the influence with a blood alcohol of .08 percent or higher.

The arrest records presented are provided by the Atascadero Police Department. Suspects are innocent until proven guilty by a court of law.
