Weekly arrest logs from the Atascadero Police Department

On January 31, Axel Gary Stinson, 29, of Atascadero was arrested in Atascadero for violation parole: felony and cruelty to a child with possible injury or death.
On January 31, Anthony Luis Snell, 32, transient , was arrested at 7635 El Camino Real for a misdemeanor and infraction cases arrest warrant and failure to appear after PTA and not posting bail.
On February 1, Hannah Michelle Hogue, 28, of Morro Bay, was arrested at 6930 Morro Road for possession of controlled substance, possession of unlawful paraphernalia and use or being under the influence of a controlled substance.
On February 1, Eric Espinoza Melendez, 32, of Atascadero, was arrested at the intersection of El Camino Real and Traffic Way for carrying a concealed weapon in vehicle and receiving/etcetera known stolen property.
On February 3, Darrick John Friedrichsen, 44, transient, was arrested at 3980 El Camino Real for a bench warrant for failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge.
On February 3, Desiree Rose Bond, 28, transient, was arrested at 5903 East Mall for disorderly conduct: alcohol, a misdemeanor arrest warrant and a bench warrant for failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge.
On February 3, Claire Marie Braico, 34, of Atascadero, was arrested in Atascadero for driving under the influence with a blood alcohol percent of .08 or higher.
On February 5, Drew Robert Andoli, 18, of Atascadero, was arrested at the intersection of El Camino Real and Regio for driving under the influence with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher.
On February 5, Joshua Tyler Harrison, 26, transient, was arrested at 5625 Capistrano Ave. for possession of unlawful paraphernalia, violation of probation: felony, violation of parole: felony, violation of post-release community supervision, vandalism: property damage, trespassing: occupying property without consent, exhibiting a deadly weapon other than a firearm and obstructing/resisting/etcetera public/peace officer or emergency med tech.
On February 5, Johnathan Alan Evans, 36, transient, was arrested at 4000 Ardilla Ave. for violation of probation: misdemeanor, violation of parole: felony and contempt of court: violation of protective order/etcetera.
