Weekly arrest logs from the Atascadero Police Department

On January 25, Gary Lee Torik, 36, transient, was arrested at 6125 San Anselmo Ave. for possession of unlawful paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and violation of probation/misdemeanor.
On January 25, Natalie Marie Bianes, 37, of Atascadero, was arrested in Atascadero for inflicting corporal injury on spouse/cohabitant/dating relationship.
On January 25, Carlos David Miranda, 44, of Atascadero, was arrested in San Luis Obispo for unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor, sodomy with a person under 16 years of age, oral copulation with person under 16 years of age, lewd and lascivious acts with a child and continuous sexual abuse of a child.
On January 26, Shandon Elyse Norton, 33, of Templeton, was arrested at the intersection of Traffic Way and Lewis Ave. for willful cruelty to a child: possible injury/death and driving under the influence with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher.
On January 27, Clarke Edward Ball, 26, of Atascadero, was arrested at the intersection of Graves Creek Road and Balboa Road for disorderly conduct: alcohol.
On January 27, Dung Gnguyen Giap, 47, of Westminster, was arrested at 905 El Camino Real for possession of a narcotic controlled substance.
On January 27, Brian Davis Cook, 43, of Atascadero, was arrested at 6570 Morro Road for disorderly conduct: alcohol.
On January 27, Javier Alejandro Nevarezcarrillo, 29, of Atascadero, was arrested in Atascadero for inflict corporal injury on spouse/cohabitant/dating relationship.
On January 28, Anthony David Leland Cagnina, 26, transient, was arrested at the intersection of Entrada Ave. and Lewis Ave. for a bench warrant: failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge and failure to appear after PTA and not posting bail.
On January 28, Ben Bert Pattillo, 37, of Atascadero, was arrested in Atascadero for a bench warrant: failure to appear on felony and misdemeanor charge.
On January 28, Rayford Dee Bowles, 53, was arrested for a misdemeanor and infraction cases arrest warrant and failure to appear after PTA and not posting bail.
