Atascadero arrest records for August 23 to 29

Weekly arrest logs from the Atascadero Police Department

On Aug. 23, Ernest Samuel Corsbie, 54, of Atascadero, was arrested at 7000 Balboa Road for a felony battery with serious bodily injury, assault with a deadly weapon: not a firearm and inflicting corporal injury on spouse/cohabitant/dating relationship.
On Aug. 24, David Michael Hull, 50, of Atascadero, was arrested in Atascadero for a bench warrant/failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge, possession of a narcotic controlled substance, possession of unlawful paraphernalia and a bench warrant/failure to appear on a felony charge.
On Aug. 24, Augustine Jesus Holguin, 42, of Santa Margarita, was arrested at 8360 El Camino Real for possession of unlawful paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, violation of post-release community supervision and a felony arrest warrant.
On Aug. 24, Victor Santino Panos, 39, transient, was arrested at 8200 El Camino Real for possession of a narcotic controlled substance and possession of unlawful paraphernalia.
On Aug. 25, Joseph Virgilio Perez, 35, of Atascadero, was arrested at 7460 Castano for a felony committed on bail and assault with a deadly weapon: not a firearm.
On Aug. 25, Robert William Siroonian, 68, of Atascadero, was arrested on Highway 46 West near Vineyard Drive for evasion of a peace officer with wanton disregard for safety, driving the wrong way and a bench warrant/failure to appear on a felony charge.
On Aug. 25, Dean Anthony Dibenedetto, 26, transient, was arrested at 9900 El Camino Real for possession of unlawful paraphernalia.
On Aug. 26, James Christian Anderson, 44, transient, was arrested at 7135 El Camino Real for receiving/etcetera known stolen property.
On Aug. 27, Andrew Michael Powell, 26, transient, was arrested at 5900 Blk East Mall for violation of probation/misdemeanor.
On Aug. 27, Amber Lee Jackson, 40, of Santa Margarita, was arrested at 9315 Pismo Ave. for possession of unlawful paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, bringing alcohol/drugs/etcetera into prison/jail/etcetera and failure to appear after PTA and not posting bail.
On Aug. 28, Lilian Rose Henderson, 41, of Atascadero, was arrested at 7135 El Camino Real for disorderly conduct: alcohol.
On Aug. 28, Anthony Raul Cano, 34, of Atascadero, was arrested at 13759 Morro Road for driving under the influence with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher.

The arrest records presented are provided by the Atascadero Police Department. Suspects are innocent until proven guilty by a court of law.
