‘Dragonfly Circles’ offered at Atascadero Agricultural Hall
–Educational Enrichment Program “Dragonfly Circles” are offered weekly at the Atascadero Agricultural Hall (formerly known as the Atascadero Grange).
This one-of-a-kind learning enrichment & emotional/physical fitness program is designed to “strengthen the ‘muscles’ of heart-mind-body for overall well-being.”
The program addresses the challenges of youth which interfere with learning, social relationships, and mental well-being, including stress, anxiety, depression, bullying, and more.
Classes include:
- Social skills activities
- Calming & relaxation practices
- Mindful awareness training
- Music & movement
- Yoga
- Storytelling
- Creative/expressive arts (he’arts)
