Bruce William Stach dies at 66 

Bruce William Stach

–Bruce William Stach, 66, of Atascadero, passed away Apr. 9, 2018 in his home. Bruce William Stach was born Sept. 19, 1951, a son of Otto and Helga Stach in St. Paul Minnesota. He was baptized in the Catholic Mission of St. Paul, Minnesota. His family moved back to Minot, North Dakota.

Then in later years moved to California (Glendora-Santa Barbara-Templeton and Atascadero, areas). While in Santa Barbara he graduated from high school and attended Santa Barbara City College for his Mechanic License. Bruce also was employed by the Goleta Union School District. He had been an employee and in business with his brother Wayne Stach “Gopher Stompers” in Atascadero. His brother, David Stach is employed by “Cal-Trans” in the Sacramento area.

Bruce was preceded in death by his father, Otto Stach- Sept. 20, 2000, Edwin Ringdahl, an uncle, Nov. 12, 2012, Emma Ringdahl, Grandmother, May 29, 1971, Lance Stach, a nephew, Sept. 12, 2016. He is survived by his mother, Helga Stach; his brothers: Wayne (Geraldine), David (Victoria); his nephews: Jonathon (Chelsea), Dustin (Nina), Dillon, and his niece, Melissa.

Bruce enjoyed his music (playing his guitars), did all his own cooking, and enjoyed sports (baseball games).
