Dead Oak Brewery named ‘Small Business of the Month’

–Assemblyman Jordan Cunningham (R-San Luis Obispo) recognized Dead Oak Brewery as the Small Business of the Month in March.
Located in Atascadero, Dead Oak has become an instant fixture in the community. The brewery opened roughly six months ago and already the owners, Jesse and Nikki Kaltenberg, are partnering with local businesses and giving back to the region.
On numerous occasions, the Brewery has donated a portion of their proceeds to Jack’s Helping Hand, a local non-profit that provides assistance to children with cancer and special needs.
“The generosity displayed by the owners of Dead Oak Brewery demonstrates that it’s more than just about making great beer,” said Assemblyman Cunningham. “I look forward to watching their business and influence on the community continue to grow.”
Central Coast Beer Week begins this Friday, March 23. For directions or to learn more about Dead Oak Brewery, click here.
Each month, Assemblyman Jordan Cunningham recognizes a small business of the month in Assembly District 35 and highlights their service and contributions to the community.
