Winter weather is projected to be less rainy than last year
—The Central Coast can expect a drier winter season compared to previous years, according to PG&E meteorologist John Lindsey. However, slightly higher temperatures are in the forecast from December through March.
Lindsey also reports that the Central Coast is in a weaker phase of La Nina, which is normally characterized by a wetter season, along with a positive Pacific Decadal Oscillation.
