Atascadero Youth Basketball registration happening now
–The City of Atascadero announces a new season of basketball. Registration is open until Oct 18. The program stresses the importance of individual skill development, teamwork, positive attitudes and most of all having fun in a non-competitive setting. Both boys and girls teams are offered for grades 1-12.
Space for this league is limited and is on a first come, first-served basis. Practices will be weekly starting November 27th and running through March 3rd. Exact practice days and times won’t be known until after November 15th and will depend on the team, ages and coach. Games will take place on Saturdays, January through March.
The cost is $92 for residents or $101 for non-Atascadero residents. A $5 discount applies for additional family members. There is a $10 late fee after Oct 18 if registration is accepted. After Octt 25, registrants will be placed on a waiting list.
