Bridge construction project on Highway 101 begins next week
Delays of up to 30-minutes expected
–A four-day maintenance project to pave the bridge approaches on both directions of US Highway 101 at the intersection of 46 West in Paso Robles as well as at Las Tablas Road in Templeton will begin Monday, June 19, Caltrans officials announced. Details as follows:
Monday, June 19th at the Hwy. 46 West Intersection in Paso Robles:
·Closure of the #1 (left) lane in both directions.
Tuesday, June 20th at the Hwy. 46 West Intersection in Paso Robles:
· Closure of the #2 (right) lane in both directions.
Wednesday, June 21st at Las Tablas Rd. in Templeton:
· Closure of the #1 (left) lane in both directions.
Thursday, June 22nd at Las Tablas Rd. in Templeton:
· Closure of the #2 (right) lane in both directions.
Roadwork hours are: northbound from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., and southbound from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Delays of up to 30 minutes are expected. Motorists are encouraged to use an alternate route.
The paving of these bridge approaches is necessary for the safety of the traveling public.
Caltrans reminds motorists to move over and slow down when driving through highway construction zones.
