Green waste drop-off event to be held March 3 in Atascadero
Event offers way to dispose of extra green waste at no additional cost
-The City of Atascadero and Waste Management will be holding a special residential green waste drop off event offering residents of Atascadero the opportunity to dispose of extra green waste that might have resulted from the heavy rain season.
The event will be held outside the Colony Park Recreation Center located on 5599 Traffic Way in Atascadero on Friday, March 3 between 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Acceptable residential green waste includes grass clippings & leaves, houseplants, tree branches, weeds, twigs and roots from pruning. Green waste generated by businesses will not be accepted.
