Juvenile struck by vehicle in crosswalk near Atascadero Sunken Gardens 

The accident occurred near the Sunken Gardens in Atascadero.

Juvenile reportedly sustained only minor injuries, police say

–A juvenile was reportedly struck by a vehicle in the crosswalk in front of the Atascadero Sunken Gardens Wednesday, according to Atascadero Police Public Informations Officer Sergeant Caleb Davis.

The incident occurred Wednesday at approximately 11:40 a.m. The juvenile was reportedly skateboarding, and came out into the street unexpectedly. The juvenile only sustained very minor injuries, according to Davis.
