Man caught trespassing near Diablo Power Plant
Man was detained on the Buchon Point Trail
–Pacific Gas and Electric Company’s Diablo Canyon Power Plant reported a trespasser on PG&E property near Diablo Canyon Power Plant at 2:43 p.m. Thursday.
PG&E responded according to standard procedures and contacted local law enforcement. Deputies detained the individual on the Point Buchon Trail about a half mile from the trailhead. The male subject was contacted and identified and was released without further action. There was no impact to plant operations, according to PG&E.
