County’s most wanted: repeat felon edition
Paul Jacob Speer is wanted for 20 counts of lewd acts with a child under 14 years, 15 counts of oral copulation with a child under 16 years, and 12 counts of oral copulation with a child under 18 years.

This week’s edition of San Luis Obispo County’s most wanted features Paul Jacob Speer.
Paul Jacob Speer was listed by the sheriff’s office in their “Most Wanted” post back in July 2014. Because he failed to appear in court, his bail has now been increased to $2 million.
Speer, 40, is wanted for 20 counts of lewd acts with a child under 14 years, 15 counts of oral copulation with a child under 16 years, and 12 counts of oral copulation with a child under 18 years.
Speer is White, 5′ 10″ tall, 230 pounds and was last seen in Nipomo.
