The company is searching for experienced installers, quality service technicians, and salespeople as the company expands into new areas of customer service.
“We are looking for people who put the customer first and are able to understand customer needs and identify the best heating and cooling solutions,” said Linda Nickols, co-owner of PRHA.
The Paso Robles Heating and Air team is dedicated to staying ahead of ongoing changes in industry regulations. Ideal candidates will have experience in the field as well as the ability to learn quickly. The company also provides in-house training.
“As summer temperatures climb, people have more cooling needs,” said Linda. The company is also partnering with a major warehouse corporation to offer heating and air services to new customers which will further expand the customer base. “We are excited about this new opportunity that will help our company grow, and we know we need top talent to join our team,” Linda said.
