RiverStar Vineyards debuts new summer concert series

California beach boys

The California Beach Boys, a Beach Boys tribute band, will be starting off the concert series with a performance on Saturday, May 16.

Come and enjoy ‘quintessential Paso’

Paso Robles is known for its wine. It’s known for its hospitality, and for its laid-back, non-stuffy attitude. It also boasts a rich entertainment scene. RiverStar Vineyards’ new summer concert series will bring together all of these assets starting Saturday, May 16.

“Great wine, warm, friendly people, a family owned business, nothing stuffy: it’s quintessential Paso,” said RiverStar Vineyards Owner Betty Coyne.

The idea struck Coyne to have a concert series at the winery after they finished landscaping a few years back. “The landscaping is just beautiful. It’s like a park. I imagined people putting out their blankets, unfolding their beach chairs, and enjoying the gorgeous surroundings, having a glass of wine and enjoying live music.”

A stage has been built, with ample grass surrounding it for casual seating. There is also a dance floor, and an outdoor wine bar. The concert area is located right next to the tasting room. Chico’s Café will be catering the events. Wine will be available by the glass and by the bottle.

The concert series will kick off on Saturday, May 16 with the California Beach Boys, who will deliver two and a half hours of all the best Beach Boys songs.
