Hundreds of people packed the stands on both side of the field yelling words and holding colorful signs of encourage for the students ending their secondary education and getting ready to embark on the chapters of their lives.

“I have been asked a lot recently, ‘what will you miss most about being principal?’ Without a doubt, it is you, the students,” Rossi said in his speech. “As a teacher, I only had one view of students in my class. If you were good at math, that was the version of you that I saw, while if you struggled with math, I only knew that one version of you. As a principal, I am blessed to be able to see students shine in the many areas they are strong in. I get to see you excel on the field, the court, or the mat, shine on the stage and in the class, and shower each other with love and support throughout the day and across the campus.”
